Do equipments have the abilities they bestow if it is turned into a creature using March of the Machines?

For example, if I had Colossus Hammer out with March of the Machines would Colossus Hammer get +10/+10 and not be able to have flying?

No, equipment affects the equipped creature. A card can not equip itself. Furthermore; creatures cannot equip or enchant other cards. (Bestow makes a creature card not a creature for as long as it is attached)
