Do bestowed creatures have summoning sickness when they fall off?

By "falling off" I mean the creature they are bestowing dies and they come in to play as creatures. I read an article stating that they will not have summoning sickness if they have bestowed the creature for more than one turn but that does not feel right to me.

The article you read was right

Summoning sickness counts how long that the particular permanent has been on the battlefield. It doesn't count how long that it's been a creature.

Bestow cards don't leave the battlefield when the creature they're enchanted is removed. they just turn into creatures, and only have summoning sickness if they weren't continuously controlled since the beginning of your turn.

If this wasn't the case, than cards like Raging Ravine simply wouldn't work

When a bestowed creature "falls off" all that really happens to that permanent is that it's type line changes. It's not being summoned or entering the battlefield because it was already there it's just changed it's type. The Limited Resources podcast has a Theros rules show with Judge Joe Bono where he goes MASSIVELY into the new rules introduced, especially Bestow. It's worth a listen and should clear up any questions that you have.
