Devoid and EDH

OK, easy enough, how does the new keyword "Devoid" from "Battle for Zendikar" interacts with the Commander formatt?
My gutt says that even though "Devoid" says "this card has no color", they still have a color identity, which is defined by the mana symbols that appear on the card, correct?
Example, Dominator Drone, Forerunner of Slaughter.

You are correct. The first one has a black color identity, while the second has RB color identity. Only usable in commanders that include those colors.
For a precedent that is 10 years old check out Ghostfire - it has a red color identity despite being "devoid".
