if i have Desecrated Tomb Scrapheap Scrounger in the graveyard and activate it would I get one or 2 bats

reason why I think 2 because the activated ability has exile as part of the cost so you would exile a creature trigger get a bat ability resolves Scrapheap Scrounger enters the battlefield get a bat but I am not sure.

It would be two.

Desecrated Tomb specifies that the creature cards have to leave your graveyard. It doesn't care which zone they go to. So when you exile another creature card to activate Scrapheap Scrounger's ability, that's one creature card leaving your graveyard, triggering the Tomb and getting you one bat token. Then the Scrounger's ability resolves, that creature card leaves your graveyard, and the Tomb triggers again for a second bat token.

They don't leave at the same exact time, though. When you activate Scrapheap Scrounger's ability, you put it on the stack and pay the costs for it, which includes exiling a creature card from your graveyard. This is one trigger. The ability hasn't resolved yet.

When the ability resolves, you move the Scrounger from your graveyard to the battlefield. This is one trigger, separate from the above.

For an example where the "one or more" part is important, Gravepurge has you put any number of creature cards from your graveyard on top of your library. This is one single trigger due to the "one or more" clause on Desecrated Tomb, so you will only get one bat token from this even if you move, say, five creature cards to your library.
