Descend upon the Sinful

If Ulamog, the Ceaseless Hunger and Sphinx of the Final Word are on the Battle Field and I play Descend upon the Sinful will this exile both of these creatures, because one says that it is Indestructible and the other says Hexproof.

Yes.

Indestructible only stops destroy effects (Doom Blade) and lethal damage marked on it. It does nothing to prevent sacrificing (Barter in Blood), exiling, or having 0 toughness.

Hexproof only stops the permanent from being targeted by spells and abilities your opponent's control. Nowhere in Descend upon the Sinful's text does it say it targets so Hexproof will do nothing to stop it.

Tl;dr... they will be exiled.

Yes. Because Descend upon the Fishermen does not target it will exile Sphinx of the Final Word despite hexproof. Because it does not destroy, it will exile Ulamog, the Ceaseless Hunger despite Indestructible.

Unless a spell or ability says target, Hexproof doesn't have an effect.

Unless a spell or ability says destroy, or deals damage, Indestructible doesn't have an effect.

Note that there is now a spell that specifically deals with indestructible creatures by dealing direct damage: Burn from Within.
