Cumulative upkeep interaction.

Just a quick question about "beginning of upkeep" interaction of bringer of white dawn and an artifact that has cumulative upkeep. If the cumulative upkeep is not paid and is sacrificed you can't target it to return the battlefield with bringer correct? Because it all happens at the same time. Or is thier an actual stack of triggers during this phase?

Use double square brackets around a card's name to create a reference link. It's the easiest way to make sure everyone understands what's going on with your question: Bringer of the White Dawn , Soldevi Simulacrum (for example)
You won't be able to target the artifact with the Bringer's ability. Though the triggers are put onto the stack at the same time and you get to choose the order, you have to choose targets for a trigger when it's first put onto the stack. You can't wait for other stuff to happen first. In your example this means the artifact with cumulative upkeep is still on the battlefield when it's time to choose a target for Bringer of the White Dawn's triggered ability.
