Creature abilities and protection

If I have Soul of Windgrace equipped with Sword of Feast and Famine would his ability to give him indestructible not work since he has that protection?

The ability would still work.

Protection from whatever prevents

• Damage

• Enchanting or equipping

• Blocking

• Targeting

The usual mnemonic for this is the word DEBT. Since none of those apply to Soul of Windgrace's indestructibility, it still works.
