Copies of spells and Heroic

If I cast Howl of the Horde , then Coordinated Assault on two creatures with heroic, does the copy also trigger their heroic abilities?Also, what if Cipher puts a copy of a spell on the stack targeting a creature with heroic?

copies of spells only trigger heroic if the spell or permanent that made the copy says that you cast the copy. Which in the case of Howl of the Horde , it would not trigger heroic.

Howl of the Horde copies a spell on the stack, so it creates the copy on the stack as well. The copy is not cast, so it can't trigger heroic, which specifies that it only triggers when you cast a spell that targets a heroic permanent under your control.

However, cipher (example: Whispering Madness ) causes you to cast the copy because the copied card is not a spell already, so ciphered copies can trigger heroic.
