Conqueror's Flail + Karona, the False God interaction

If I attach the Conqueror's Flail to Karona, the False God, will the opponent gain the benefit from the flail? Or is the owner of the flail only going to gain the benefits of from the 'Grand Abolisher' effect?

The Flail is still controlled by its owner, unless another effect changes this fact. So the owner is going to be the "abolisher" effect, plus the "each color among permanents you control" is looking at the owners permanents as well.
