Commander 2018 cards and Partner Commanders

So Hey there again,
I was just looking some new cards of Commander 2018 and some questions came to my mind.
1-Cards like Myth Unbound, reduces the costs of both my partner commanders? And if both of them are put in the command zone I would draw 2 cards?
2-If my Geode Golem has dealt damage to my opponent this turn, so can I cast both of my partner commanders withou paying the costs? Without even the command taxes?

If I activate Strionic Resonator with the Geode Golem will I be able to cast both of my partner commander without paying the cost?

Or is there any other way of using Geode Golem to cast them withou paying the cost? Another combat phase dealing damage maybe or something like that?

Double strike would trigger the golem twice. Strionic Resonator or other cards that copy triggered abilities would also work.

You choose which commander to cast on resolution, so any method of copying the ability or causing it to trigger an additional time would work to cast both.

1: It reduces the cost of each commander per time you've cast that commander. Effectively the commander tax on each of them will be halved.
2: You'll pick one of your two commanders to cast without paying it's mana cost. As the reminder text says, you still pay additional costs, which includes commander tax.
