Chaos Warp with fetch lands?

I think I have made things too complicated and confused myself, I have 4 lands, one is a fetch land, I pay for Chaos Warp targeting my untapped fetch, is there a time I can respond by tapping my fetch (going to my graveyard) and still reveal top card of my library?
I immediately thought no thats impossible, but then thought too much and confused myself into a maybe!

No, Chaos Warp targets the permanent, so if the target is no longer valid on resolution, the spell will fizzle and do nothing. From gatherer:
If the permanent is an illegal target by the time Chaos Warp tries to resolve, it won’t resolve and none of its effects will occur. No library will be shuffled and no card will be revealed.
