Change of Plans and dredge self-mill: timing

Say I have five creatures in play, with Golgari Grave-Troll in my graveyard, and I cast Change of Plans for X = 5, targeting each of my creatures. My assumption is that each connive will go on the stack separately, allowing me to dredge-draw the Grave-Troll (self-milling) and discard it before the next connive ability lets me repeat the process, five total times...? I hope... Thanks in advance! :)

Yup. Each creature connives sequentially. You can loop any one dredge card for each.

Yesterday is correct. I just wanted to clarify that each connive is not a separate trigger, rather it's all part of the same spell resolving
