if I have Cream of the Crop out and I make unlimited 1/1 tokens can I just cycle through my deck till I find a card I want to be on top and use a draw spell to grab it?

Unfortunately, no. Cream of the Crop's wording says you have to put one card on top of your library, and the rest on the bottom. In the case of 1/1 creatures, you only look at one card, have to put it on top, and then the rest (of which there are zero) go on the bottom. So you'll just get to look at the top of your library as many times as you want.
