Shrine of Burning Rage and Honden of Infinite Rage

Would Honden of Infinite Rage trigger for two damage with Shrine of Burning Rage on the field? Burning rage doesnt have "Shrine" in its text but is it implied to be a shrine artifact due to its name?

Nothing is "implied" in Magic.

Effects that reference a card type (such as "Shrine") mean cards of that type. These effects do not care about card names. Card names only matter if they're explicitly referenced (e.g., in Accumulated Knowledge).

Shrine of Burning Rage does not have the type "Shrine," so Honden of Infinite Rage doesn't count it.
