I'm asking this because if I control Nantuko Husk and Liliana, Heretical Healer Flip, can I sac the husk to flip Liliana. Thanks.

Yes. Nantuko Husk's ability's cost is "sacrifice a creature." It doesn't specify "another creature," so you may sacrifice Nantuko Husk itself. Note that this will result in the ability doing nothing when it resolves, as that instance of Nantuko Husk no longer exists. It's useful for other purposes, as you describe.
