Can you not lose the game from Demonic Pact with Angel's Grace ?

In each of those two instances 1. Having mana up to cast Angel's Grace 2. Not having mana up,assuming i choose the option "you lose the game" from Demonic Pact, will I be given the choice to cast a spell in responce to this effect's activition (that spell being Angel's Grace) during my upkeep and will that prevent me from losing the game?

When Demonic Pact's ability is put onto the stack, you choose a mode. Once the ability begins to resolve, nobody has priority. The "You lose the game" effect will cause you to lose the game during the resolution.

You can choose the fourth mode when you put the ability onto the stack and then respond to the ability by casting Angel's Grace. This will prevent you from losing the game, per Angel's Grace's effect.

Yes. Angel's Grace, being an instant, can be cast 'in response' to the dreaded final ability of Demonic Pact. So, yes, Demonic Pact will not make you lose.Demonic Pact will then stay on the battlefield, but it will not do anything.
