Can Prowess making a creature's power 4 activate Ferocious?

If I cast Savage Punch and target a Dragon-Style Twins and it becomes a 4/4, does it get the +2/+2 even if I control no other creatures to activate the Ferocious?

First, ferocious isn't activated. Savage Punch uses ferocious to describe an additional effect; it's neither triggered nor activated.

Yes. Prowess will trigger when you finish casting the spell, so it will resolve before the spell. Savage Punch will then resolve, and it will see that you control a creature with power 4 or greater and thus satisfy the ferocious requirement. Ferocious doesn't specify that you have to control another creature with power 4 or greater.

Yes, when you cast the spell, prowess triggers and goes on top of the stack, then the punch's ferocious ability is triggered.
