Can Prismatic Omen let me bring out 'nonbasic' lands with abilities that let me search my library for basic lands?

Hey!
I'm wondering if Prismatic Omen let's me bring out a nonbasic land with cards like Harrow or Evolving Wilds , or any other card that let's me search my library for a basic land card? Thanks :)
no simply because you do not control lands in your library. None of the lands in your library count as lands you control.

No. Prismatic Omen does not make non-basic lands basic lands even if it grants lands a basic land type. The "Basic" supertype determines if a land is a basic land. Prismatic Omen only grants lands the type of Forest, Island, Mountain, Plains, and Swamp.
Also, Prismatic Omen only affects lands on the battlefield. Lands in other zones are called land cards. Land cards are not counted in the scope of Prismatic Omen .

5/1/2008: Giving a land extra basic land types doesn’t change its name or whether it’s legendary or basic.

205.4c Any land with the supertype “basic” is a basic land. Any land that doesn’t have this supertype is a nonbasic land, even if it has a basic land type. Cards printed in sets prior to the Eighth Edition core set didn’t use the word “basic” to indicate a basic land. Cards from those sets with the following names are basic lands and have received errata in the Oracle card reference accordingly: Forest, Island, Mountain, Plains, Swamp, Snow-Covered Forest, Snow-Covered Island, Snow-Covered Mountain, Snow-Covered Plains, and Snow-Covered Swamp.
