Can man lands have +1/+1 counters and auras for creatures?

Can cards like Shambling Vent keep +1/+1 counters, auras for creatures, and equipment attached to themselves after they turn back into a land?

Note that any permanent can have any type of counter on it. They are not dependent on what type the permanent may have or not have.

Counters (both +1/+1 and-1/-1) remain on manlands once they are no longer animate. Equipment and Enchant Creature Auras are unattached the net time state-based actions are checked for being attached to an illegal object.
