Can I use Cerulean Wisps to untap Desecration Demon and still attack?

If my opponent sacs a creature at the beginning of the combat phase to tap my Desecration Demon, can I use Cerulean Wisps to untap the demon and still attack because I haven't declared my attackers yet?

Yes, the beginning of combat step does not end until all players have passedover an empty stack. This allows you to cast instants after they tap him bat before you declare attackers.

If timed correctly, yes.

In the beginning of combat on your turn, DD triggers and the opponents decides to pay up. After that resolves and the stack is empty, but before moving to the next phase, you may cast Cerulean Wisps and untap it. In the next step, you declare attackers and DD is untapped and able to attack.
