can i use Burning Wish to bring things into EDH that are banned in EDH? for instance, Emrakul, the Aeons Torn ?

If you're playing casually and want to corrupt your friends, sure. Otherwise, no, because the Wish cycle can only grab cards that in your sideboard, which would have to be format legal to get into your sideboard.

The optional sideboard rule for Commander is that you have a 10-card sideboard, so you could only wish for cards in that sideboard. Playing casually, you still can't ever wish for cards which are banned in that format, but since it is a casual format, if they'll let you, go nuts.

just realized im retarted and that says sorcery, not creature. but still, does it work for bringing in banned sorceries?
