Can I target Myriad Construct with both of Yannik, Scavenging Sentinel abilities?

Can I target Myriad Construct with Yannik, Scavenging Sentinel abilities (target Myriad Construct to exile it or target Myriad Construct to put counters on it)? Will Myriad Construct get sacrifieced or not?
The text is a different from for example Phantasmal Image, but I need to be sure before I put it in my junk deck. Myriad Construct doesn't have that "or ability" so it shouldn't get sacrificed, right?

Correct. Myriad Construct only sacrifices itself when targeted by a spell, and Yannik, Scavenging Sentinel is targeting with abilities.
