Can I save my creatures on the stack?

I have 4 swamp and 4 Forest. I use Natural Affinity to make all lands 2/2 creatures. I follow with Bontu's Last Reckoning to wipe the board of all creatures and lands. Can I use a Golgari Charm to regenerate all my creatures on the stack?

Note that the regenerating will tap all of your creature-lands, and none of them will untap next turn cause of the board wipe’s effect.

Your phrasing is a bit odd, but yes you can use Golgari Charm to regenerate your creatures in response to Bontu's Last Reckoning.
