Can I Restoration Angel Emrakul?

So I grab Emrakul, the Aeons Torn with Nahiri, the Harbinger's ultimate.

Can I cast Restoration Angel and target Emrakul, the Aeons Torn to stop it being bounced at the end of turn?

Yes. Emrakul only has protection from colored spells, meaning that abilities such as Restoration Angel's will affect her normally. When she enters again, she's a new object with no memory of any past iterations, meaning that she won't be bounced from Nahiri's ability.
