Can I loop Ashnod's Altar + Grim Haruspex + Stinkweed Imp?

Hi! If I have Ashnod's Altar, Grim Haruspex and Stinkweed Imp and I sac the Imp to the Altar, can I replace the draw trigger of the Haruspex with the dredge of the Imp? If this words, I could play the Imp for just 1 black mana and do it again. Thanks!

Yes, that works. The Stinkweed Imp will die as part of the cost for Ashnod's Altar and goes to the graveyard. This triggers Grim Haruspex. Once the trigger resolves, you may Dredge provided the Imp hasn't been removed from your graveyard.
