Can I get Scourge of the Throne multiple combat phases?

If I blink my Scourge of the Throne after de first combat phase, can I trig it again with Lightning Greaves equiped and get a third combat phase?

Keep in mind that Scourge of the Throne doesn't give you another main phase before the additional combat phase starts, so if you want to give it haste with a piece of equipment like Lightning Greaves you're going to need to find a way to attach it at instant-speed.

Yes, this works. When you blink Scourge of the Throne, it re-enters the battlefield as a new game object with no memory of its previous existence, including having attacked before. As far as it and the game are concerned, this version of the creature hasn't attacked at all yet. So when you attack with it during the extra combat phase (since you gave it Haste), it will have attacked for the first time that turn. You just need to make sure to always attack the player with the most life or tied for most life, as that's the other condition for the trigger.
