Can i Cast Feign Death on Partners Creature? 2HG

i know the rules say that you cant manipulate creatures you dont control, but i cant find anywhere an example of what that means? does giving it A Counter count? or returning it to life with something like Feign Death count? also, can i equip Shadowspear to one of their creatures? Please help.

You can interact with your teammate's creatures similarly to how you can interact with your opponent's creatures. Feign Death can target any creature, so you can use it on your teammate's (or even you opponent's) creature. Equip specifically targets your own creatures, so you won't be able to target your teammate's creature, however enchant does not. Just like how you can cast Pacifism on an opponent's creature you can cast Rancor on your teammate's creature.
