Can I Aim High an untapped Zada?

Can I Aim High an untapped Zada, Hedron Grinder and have Zada's ability still trigger or no because she's not tapped ?

Yes that works fine. If something has a targeting restriction it will say right on it what that restriction is. For example Assassinate can only target tapped creatures, Doom Blade can only target non-black creatures. Aim high doesn't say "untap target tapped creature" so it can target any creature.
