Can a land that is considered a creature be used to cast Myr Superion?

Say I have two Seat of the Synod, each enchanted with Ensoul Artifact. Can I tap both creatures, that are still lands, to pay for Myr Superion?

Yes.

From Gatherer:

7/18/2014 The artifact retains any types, subtypes, or supertypes it has. Notably, if an Equipment becomes an artifact creature, it cant be attached to another creature. If it was attached to a creature, it becomes unattached.

That means it is still an Artifact Land Creature and Ensoul does not suddenly make it lose its activated ability.
