Blood Moon does it effect your opponents and does it cause lands to be only mountains?

I am making my land destruction and came across Blood Moon, do their lands say they have Overgrown Tomb does it become just a basic mountain or is it still the 2 colors plus a mountain.
Blood Moon turns all nonbasic lands into mountains. They do not retain any other characteristics because Blood Moon does not have the clause "in addition to their other types."

@Devonin: You are partially correct. All non-basic lands do become "Land - Mountain", but not "Basic Land - Mountain". It's a distinction that's relevant to certain effects siilar to Blood Moon .

They become basic mountains. It effects everybody's nonbasic lands. Their Overgrown Tomb would only be able to tap for R
