Bile blight and morph

Asked by dragonchild2994 9 years ago

Bile Blight cast on any creature that has morph, i read somewhere that the morph creature has no name. wasn't sure if that was a legal ruling or not, but does Bile Blight kill all creature who are morphed down?

Maelstrom Pulse has a similar function and a relevant ruling:

5/1/2009: A face-down creature has no name, so it doesn't have the same name as anything else.

If you target a face-down permanent with Bile Blight , that permanent will get -3/-3 until EOT, but no other creatures will get that debuff because no other creatures can share a nameless permanent's name.
