Arcanis the Omnipotent Interaction

So, I realize this is super niche, but it is potentially possible in my meta.
If I control Arcanis the Omnipotent and my opponent casts Arcanis the Omnipotent, I know it resolves and stays because of the most recent legend ruling. However, given Arcanis's second activated ability, could I activate it paying 4 mana and bounce my opponents Arcanis since it shares the same name? Or is it exclusively for my copy?
I'm not great at explaining myself, so if any additional clarification is needed please let me know. Thanks!

201.4. Text that refers to the object it’s on by name means just that particular object and not any other objects with that name, regardless of any name changes caused by game effects.
