Altered Ego copying Lumbering Falls

What will happened with Altered Ego, at the end of turn when the Lumbering Falls becomes a land again?
Will Altered Ego will be a land also? and if yes,
Will it be able to turn into a creature again thanks to the abilities of Lumbering Falls
- Will my opponent concede at such silly play?
So it will be a Land that can add G and U with X +1/+1 counters on it?

It will be an exact copy of what is written on Lumbering Falls, except that it may enter with additional counters.

Altered Ego will enter the battlefield as an inanimate land. It won't even be a creature until you activate the ability it copies. Whether it's a creature at any given time is entirely unrelated to whether the original Lumbering Falls is a creature.
It's as though you played an additional copy of Lumbering Falls that happens to have entered with some number of +1/+1 counters on it.
