Altar of the Brood and Open the Vaults

If I have two Altar of the Brood and five other artifacts in my graveyard and I cast Open the Vaults do the two Altars see each other and all other artifacts enter, so the opponent would mill 12?
Yes, when everything enters simultaneously all of them see each other and trigger accordingly.

Open the Vaults is a sorcery. Would this only mil 10?

Each Altar triggers for each "Permanent" that enters the battlefield. If two altars are on the board and 5 permanents (Doesn't matter if they are lands, creatures, enchantments, artifacts, or whatever), you get a trigger. So 2 Altars + 5 permanents = 10 triggers for mill.
