Altac Bloodseeker attacking with other creatures

Hi what happens when I attack Altac Bloodseeker and another 3/3 creature,and both get block by 2x 1/1 creature, if my other creature kills the 1/1, do my altar simultaneously get a boost and become first strike killing the 1/1 blocking him and surviving?

How about if in combat step and I Shock an enemy creature killing it, will it also suddenly get first strike simultaneously before dealing damage?

You seem to have a misconception of how first strike and double strike work.
Simply put combat phase is divided to several steps. These are in order:
Beginning of combat
Declare attackers
Declare of blockers
Combat damage
End of combat

Notice that there is only one combat damage step. When combat reaches this step it checks to see if there are any creatures with first strike or double strike and if there are only those creatures deal damage in the combat damage step and there's a round of priority as normal, then if there are creatures that have not dealt damage yet (or have double strike) an additional combat damage step is created where all those creatures deal combat damage. This means that if something gains first strike after the first combat damage step then it will deal damage like a creature without first strike.
So with that explanation out of the way I give the tl;dr answers:
In the first case there is only one combat damage step and all creatures deal damage simultaneously. After this damage is dealt triggers happen and Altac Bloodseeker gains +2/+0 and first strike but that doesn't matter since everything has already dealt damage and the combat moves to the end of combat step after a round of priority passes.
In the second situation if you cast Shock in combat damage step everything has already dealt their combat damage and creatures that are going to die have died. Now what you can do is cast Shock before combat damage step (declare blockers at latest) and if you kill a creature then Altac Bloodseeker will gain first strike and deals its damage before all the other creatures and a second combat damage step is created where the rest of the creatures (if any are left) will deal their damage.
