A quick question about card with additional costs.

Let's say I have a Magmatic Insight in my graveyard and I cast a Goblin Dark-Dwellers choosing Magmatic Insight. In order for me to cast it using Goblin Dark-Dwellers ability would I have to discard a land?

Also, if I copy a spell such as Magmatic Insight or Tormenting Voice with Pyromancer's Goggles, would I have to pay the additional cost on the copy?

If you use Goblin Dark-Dwellers to cast Magmatic Insight from your graveyard, you will still need to discard a land. This is because Goblin Dark-Dwellers lets you cast it without paying its mana cost, but discarding a land is an additional cost to cast.

Now, Pyromancer's Goggles on the other hand, lets you create a copy of the spell on the stack. Since you don't cast the copy, you don't need to pay the costs of it, therefore you will not need to discard.
