No you cannot.

Creatures with 0 or less toughness will die as a State-Based Action, and the game checks for SBAs any time a player would receive priority. By the time you'd be able to activate the ability, the token would've already went to the graveyard and ceased to exist.

Actually, there is one extremely convoluted situation where a creature with 0/0 toughness can be sacrificed.

Let's say you have two copies of Heartless Summoning, a token copy of Allosaurus Rider and two lands Abandoned Outpost and a Phyrexian Tower. The token copy is a 1/1 in these circumstances.

Your opponent casts Word of Command on you. It resolves. As it does so, he chooses Barbed Battlegear in your hand. First, he makes you sacrifice Abandoned Outpost to make a mana (which Word of Command allows him to do). Now the Allosaurus Rider token is a 0/0. Now he makes you sacrifice it to Phyrexian Tower and you cast your battlegear.

Congratulations: you sacrificed a 0/0 token!
