W: Final Storm Pieces, etc, H: Binder

I am looking to put the finishing touches on my U/R Storm Deck, as well as get a few things to trick it out. At the same time, I have a few cards I would like to get for a few EDH projects, and potential get some cards for my new Modern project Bogles (Not on this list but have in wants/can look at binders).

Storm Final Touches/Needs/Wants:
2x Opt FNM Promo
1x Desperate Ritual (Have 3 foil, would like to complete)
1x Repeal (Any)
1x Wipe Away
1-2x Shattering Spree
1x Gigadrowse
2x Pyromancer Ascension
1x Abrade Promo
1x Unsubstantiate (Promo)

(I'd also be willing to swap my 4x 7ED Sleight of Hand for 4x 8ED Sleight of Hand as I like that art better.)
