W: 5c Food Chain

Creating Niv-Mizzet Reborn food chain. Need the following cards: Eternal Scourge , Misthollow Griffin , Lotus Petal , Necropotence , Extract , Circu, Dimir Lobotomist , and Sparkcaster .
As these cards are cheap, trades must include more-than-one of them (ie necropotence AND circu).
Let's try a binder link. Binder updated may 26th.
Sliver queen would not be better. As niv miz fetches for what it needs, then just repeadedly casts him self for the win. Sliver queen would slow the combo up by having to cascade with each cast. Niv miz digs 10 deep each time for a win con, sliver queen sometimes will only go 1. While the outcome is the same, niv miz is just less time consuming to complete.

The First Sliver
is a sliver. Niv is a dragon. Dragons are superior to slivers.

The whole argument between the two really comes down to what your meta looks like and your playstyle. If you want to flood the field and swing wide with tons of abilities on your slivers from cascading into each other then The First Sliver is clearly your route to go. Also i would take that route if your meta focuses more heavily on countering instants and sorceries rather than focusing on countering creatures or removal of them. Food Chain Niv Mizzet Reborn however can hit infinite damage and other combos from food chain quite consistently and very quickly utilizing tutors and cards like walking ballista, sawtooth loon, jhoira weatherlight captain, sparkcaster. It is a bit off topic, but, on the off chance you are not following Modern Horizon spoilers, The First Sliver will be a better Food Chain Commander than Niv, as you can use cascade to cast your entire deck.
