Why is there not a Blink Hub?

Blink seems like a pretty big archetype, so I'm suprised that there isn't one. Why not?

Not sure. I just built a deck last night that heavily relies on blinking. Would be nice to attach that label to it.

The demand is here for one. This is like the 3rd or 4th thread asking for it

Should there be a hub for Blink, Flicker, Bounce, and Phasing?

I am all for a blink/flicker hub. There are many decktypes that win using those abilities. It may also be my all time favorite form of control.

I don't know if bounce or phasing are represented enough to be their own archetype? I also struggle to see those as win conditions by themselves. (Not questioning the power of them or their ability to dominate a board). I don't think there are many bounce or phasing cards that could finish a game. Aside from Cyclonic Rift as a closer.

Thanks for all the answers! This really helps. Does anyone know who adds the hubs?

MagicMarc definitely don't disagree that bounce and phasing don't necessarily cover the wincons of certain decks, but it can encompass the main strategies/mechanics of a deck.

Just adding onto your Cyclonic point, Capsize is a pretty powerful bounce tool that I see used a decent amount as a mana sink.

Capsize is actually my #1 favorite blue card of all time. It's like the blue Lightning Bolt. I will find any excuse to put it in a deck.
