fluffybunnypants is correct. It's based on how active you are. Lower the number is how active you are on here.

The site is designed for interaction. The creators want everyone to participate in some way. As you pose questions, answer questions, make comments, reply to comments, build decks and generally provide input to the conglomeration of information, your T/O Rank goes up, which conversely lowers your points.
I don't know how the points are awarded/removed, but it may be something like: Posting a question=2 points; Trying to Answer=1; Answering Correctly=2, Posting a deck=10, Comment on Deck=2, Get "Like" points on deck=2, etc.
AGAIN, I don't know specifics!! Hopefully, that's my 2 points worth, if not, I'll take 1 for trying. :)

It's you're overall rank amongst members. I'm not entirely sure how it's calculated, but I'm prettysure it has something to do with your activity on the site.
