Sync with inventory

I tried to clear out my inventory to upload an updated version, but I had a deck that was synced with my inventory so those cards stayed with a qty of 0. After unchecking the sync with inventory box on my deck I still cannot remove the cards from the inventory. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

And now it just says processing forever. yeaGO, any suggestions?

This has been an issue for awhile. Wait between 2 and 24 hours for it to finish syncing.
