Subscription renewal - How to cancel?

Hello,

Apologies if this question has been answered.

I have a monthly subscription to Tappedout that I can't figure out how to disable. It is not really that I want to end it (€3 a month is totally affordable), but I'm uncomfortable with the idea that I can't disable the subscription. I tried logging in via PayPal but none of the transactions appear there, and the monthly amount gets charged directly on my debit card, without any apparent way to prevent it.

I'd just like to know what's the procedure for disabling it.

I had to cancel a few subscriptions lately. Gym membership, real estate membership, dating service.

These all were charged through PayPal, but handled by Google Pay.

All I had to do is log into Google Pay and move down to Subscriptions and click which ones I'd like to cancel. Google will then terminate the contract for you on your end, so that you don't fight through the hoops of trying to get someone to respond to your emails.

That said, I'm sure if you message yeaGO, they can handle it all for you.

Sure thing... if you go to the paypal section 'Manage Subscriptions' from there you can nuke it. Thanks a lot for supporting the site while you were able! Sorry I get that it is a little hidden away in the paypal interface, but it can be stopped anytime.

Thank you both! Nothing appears in the Manage Subscriptions section. Weird fact is that I was sure I closed my PayPal account years ago, and I also moved from country to country so now I am having access problems to the account. I'll see if the customer support can help me on that.

Don't forget to contact your old bank! PayPal only functions through your bank account. So if PayPal can't help you, see if your old bank still has you on file or something.

we don't have any means of charging anyone's bank so i am not really sure that these charges are the tappedout subscription. feel free to use the contact form with more information. i don't see any subscription for you either Ardees

Ardees you might have another paypal account cause i did find your subscription but i have cancelled it

yeaGO thanks and also sorry for this. I'll have to figure out a way to have the sub appear on my paypal profile. Somehow it is as if my paypal email (e.l@live) was split between two accounts in two different countries. As soon as I find out the issue I'll subscribe again. Otherwise, I'll just donate monthly without sub - I'm just happy I can contribute somehow with or without the upgrades.
