Proxy Tags - Add Documentation and Tooltip

Hi. Marking a card with P in the deck editor shows a P next to the card on the public decklist page. For anybody who isn't familiar with the site, the meaning isn't intuitive. It would be great to show "Proxy" when you hover over it.
Update: This should probably also be covered under formatting.
That's what I thought, until I saw a thread saying to add proxy in the deck editor. I did that and it was replaced with P after saving. Marking a card with p also removes it from the deck pricing. If you wanted to mark promo cards, you should use the set code instead, right?
