New Hub: Rogues

Rogues seem to be a disjointed archetype with some synergies with tricky plays at instant speed, but two recently printed rogues (Thieves Guild Enforcer and Robber of the Rich) may have changed the game.
I am looking at giving them a try in modern with some mill theme shenanigans while poking and prodding with small, evasive creatures. Most of what I am considering right now are faeries (Oona's Blackguard and Faerie Impostor, for example) and getting multiple Thieves' Guild Enforcers online, especially with Phantasmal Image seems to me to be able to play a solid game, at least against decks without many creatures.

modern is a brutal format for a rogue deck. even the best tribal decks struggle in modern anymore. merfolk and elves are quite aggressive and still see almost no play. the mill theme would have to be abandoned entirely. if a deck wants to win via mill, it needs to go all in. but mill is still a bad strategy for modern because you're just actively helping many decks. things like dredge, delirium, Tarmogoyf, and Snapcaster Mage. Thieves' Guild Enforcer is at best a removal spell.

These are fair points and ones that I will definitely be looking for answers to. There may not be any, but I think it is still worth a try even if only for a one-off FNM showing. At the very least, I wanted a hub for this tribe that has not gotten much love throughout their existence.

The hub list would be extremely congested if it encompassed every notable tribe. I personally don't think rogues are expansive enough as a tribe yet to really recognize it as a viable archetype in its current state.

I was not aware that tribal was used as a catch all hub for less prevalent tribes. Knowing that I definitely would not have made this thread.
