Max 500 cards for Live Edit?

I built a commander deck with a LOT of cards in the Maybe section, and noticed that a card was disappearing from my deck. It seems to be the case that when you pass 500 unique cards, Live Edit stops showing the cards at the end of the list alphabetically.

Is this a known limitation? Feels like there should be an error when you try to save or something, I had to do a bunch of testing to figure out what the actual issue was.
