"Key Combos" section?

I've seen a couple decklists with a "Key Combos" section on the sidebar along the right of the page, but I can't seem to find anywhere to add that to my own decks. Is this an old feature that's since been removed, or am I just blind?

Regular Combo-Command Without _ dont work.

the Formatting-Code in my last Comment works, it takes around 1h that its display on Decksitte.
So Take take it, remove _ and wait after saving Description.

Deck-Description when i make Charges. But seens to little bit buggy. I made more Combos with Same Code and there not linked.
First and Last Combo works with the Code, but 2 not work.
Infinite Mill target Player:
Grindstone + Painter's Servant
Infinite Mana or Bounce Trigger with all Manarocks:

Probably because just the one card plus Tyrant isn't a combo. 2/3 with him are, but the rocks do not resolve before the Tyrant trigger to combo with just him. I just marked the Sol Ring one as not a combo in the database. We will see if it removes the syntax.

Vimozahr: Please make sure that the combos are actual infinite combos, it just makes more work for us having to go through 50 submissions every day out of a list of 30,000 combos.
Also make sure to put in descriptions and what type of combo they are when you are making them. It makes things easier for us.
