Feature Suggestion: Change your account's local time.

(Based on how long this has gone without an answer, I'm changing this to a Feature Suggestion.)

I have to assume that I'm missing something obvious, but I can't see any option to change the timestamps on posts to be reflected in my local time.

Also ideally an option to change the date syntax to have the day before the month.

Even just being able to see the current clock (the one that the posts are based off of) so that you can at least compare the post time to the current time. Without it, the site is just "somewhere in America" time.
