How often does a basic account get a deck cycle?

The title is basically the question. I've searched the site and can't find that info. Any help is appreciated.
Free usees get one. It resets sometime late at night for me on the east coast

It's a bit clunky. I'm a free user, so usually, it's just 1 every 24 hours.

You actually do get 1 for using the app as well (just to confirm for Balaam__, allowing you a max of 2 cycles per day as a free account.

3 per every 24hrs. I’ve read some posts saying there’s possibly an additional cycle if the app is used, but I can’t verify that.
