Historic Decks. Whats the Deal?

Anyone know why the Historic Decks Tag doesn't seem to work? Lyra Dawnbringer, Resplendent Angel, Soul Warden, Serra Ascendant?? Not Historic legal? Yes they Are! WTF?

My guess is that TappedOut hasn't updated the format's legality yet, or the database is slightly screwed. Don't rely on the legality from here too much, as mistakes do happen.
